Which pump suits face wash, shampoo and lotion?
Foam pump for face wash, dispenser pump for shampoo and body wash, lotion pump for lotions and creams.
- Face wash and hand wash: a foam pump mixes a thin, low-viscosity liquid with air and gives a ready lather. Use a thin, foaming formula; thick gels will not foam.
- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash: a dispenser pump. Our ZMA11 amber dispenser bottle lists shampoo, body wash, hand wash and conditioner as uses.
- Lotion, cream and serum-thick products: a lotion pump, which gives a smaller, controlled dose.
Our listings do not state the output per stroke, so test a sample with your actual formula before ordering in bulk.

Which size should you choose: 100 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml or 300 ml?
100 ml for face wash and trial packs, 200 ml for most retail shampoo and lotion, and 250–300 ml for family or value packs.
- 100 ml: the widest choice, in lotion, dispenser and foam pumps.
- 150 ml: in our range, only the foam pump bottles come in 150 ml.
- 200 ml: the most common size for shampoo and body lotion, in every colour.
- 250 ml: mainly our HDPE cupbase bottles, plus a pink PET bottle with a sunscreen lotion pump.
- 300 ml: amber, milky white, clear Boston and transparent black bottles.
Is there a travel pump bottle?
We do not sell dedicated travel pump bottles or travel kits. For travel and trial sizes, pick a small lotion pump bottle such as the ZMT81 transparent bottle or the ZMW04 white bottle, both in 30 ml and 50 ml.
Which material is best: PET or HDPE?
PET for a glossy, clear or coloured bottle; HDPE for a matte, squeeze-friendly look.
Most Zenvista pump bottles are virgin PET in transparent, milky white, black and amber. Amber and black hide the product and cut light, which suits herbal and coloured formulas. Clear PET shows off the colour of a face wash or shampoo.

What neck size do pump bottles use?
Our loose pumps come in 20 mm and 24 mm necks. We do not list 28 mm pumps.
The ZMPC14 black dispenser pump (₹14.53) and ZMPC15 white dispenser pump (₹19.86) are 24 mm. The ZMPC10 AS lotion pump comes in 20 mm (₹20.70) and 24 mm (₹21.95).

Lock-down or clip-lock pump: which is better for shipping?
Either is fine for shipping, as long as the pump head is locked or covered so it cannot press in transit. A lock-down pump twists down to lock the head; a clip-lock pump has a small plastic clip under the head.
